RateWatcher Reduces Rates on Phone Calls to Latin America

The reduced rates are the result of RateWatcher(TM) a new Pingo feature that ensures low international calling rates. . The new rates begin as low as 3.2 cents per minute to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Other countries with substantial rate drops include El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala, Bolivia, Columbia, Brazil, Mexico, and The Dominican Republic.
